The SERVIÇO NACIONAL DE APRENDIZAGEM INDUSTRIAL DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL has the Total Quality Management as the critical element of its Mission, and its compromise is:

1994 • CETEMO adheres to the PGQP (TA 297); • Awarded the CENATEC title – Centro Nacional de Tecnologia – Bronze rank.

1996 • The laboratory was affiliated to the Rede Metrológica do RS.

1999 • Awarded the title Centro Nacional de Tecnologia – CENATEC - Silver rank. • Certification in conformity with Norm NBR ISO 9001: 1994.

2000 • Awarded the RS Quality Prize – Bronze trophy

2001 • Awarded the Second RS Quality Prize.

The EQL (LQO) aims to hold the actions concerning the quality to assure they are implemented in every activity produced in the Centro Tecnológico do Mobiliário SENAI (SENAI Furniture Technological Center) and in the Escola de Educação Profissional SENAI do Mobiliário (SENAI Furniture Professional Education School).

The EQL is managed by the Director and composed by the Education and Thechnology Supervisor, Executive Supervisor, Local Management Representative - RDL and, at least, by a representative of ATT, SL, IT, or EP functions.
