concepts and practice, adjusted to new socio-economic reality
where the continuous increase of the human capital value in
the organizations imposes uncountable challenges to all people
that search continuously for new competitive advantages.
The course prepares the students to solve problems in the Furniture
Production Making, especially concerning the furniture companies.
In reality, there is a great lack of professionals at the Technical
Level to perform in the productive system and this course meets
the needs of the industrial environment that demands more and
more people that are able to face and solve the problems. The
companies demand people that use their inventiveness to generate
profit. The classes are prepared to mobilize the knowledge,
the abilities and the students’ attitudes facing the adversities.
Theoretical and Practical classes are organized for the student
to really participate of them. The CETEMO states that the contents
are only a way to mobilize the knowledge and that the experimentation
and the challenges are the learning essence.
The teaching staff is composed by experts in furniture production
having technical and graduate education, several of them having
taken specialization courses abroad. There are Graduate Teachers. |
